Harassment and Incident Report

If an incident has happened while on shift and medical attention is needed, all parties that were present during the incident must provide detailed documentation of the events that happened leading up to the incident and after the incident.

Harassment of any sort is not tolerated within L&J Reynolds LLC. Harassment includes but is not limited to the following behaviors. Hazing, chiding, or teasing of any kind that is unkind or sexual in nature. Any mention of body parts, functions or gender ridicule of any nature is to be considered harassment. Any imagery or text or email that has visual or written content including information or media sexual, hazing, threatening, or harassing in nature is to be reported and not tolerated. Harassment is commonly disregarded as a joke or jest, this is still considered harassment and not tolerated. Harassment is immediate grounds for dismissal.
